As a writer, piano, and voice teacher, and professional singer and songwriter, I wanted to share my love of music with children. My experience as a music teacher and performer has given me a deep appreciation for the power of music to inspire and delight young people. Writing a book that incorporates musical themes, characters or settings can be a great way to introduce children to the joys of music. Writing this book has been a deeply satisfying creative project and has given me the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion for music in a new way, with a wider audience and potentially inspire others to pursue their own musical interests.
